In 2010, the Evesham Township property that was once home to the YMCA’s Camp Moore came up for sale at a foreclosure auction. The person who purchased the property had development plans in mind, but while he was walking the grounds his gaze fell across the lake where he saw the cross. He felt as though God was prompting him to recognize that this camp was to be
used for ministry, and he gave the property to Fellowship Alliance Chapel.
Since then, and with the help of many faithful and generous volunteers, FAC has been gradually restoring the camp. In the summer of 2011, the swimming and boating area was open to the church family and the public. In the consequent years, more areas of the camp have been renovated and used by many for picnics, baptisms, services, celebrations, and just plain old
fun in the sun. But this is no ordinary camp - God has been using this facility and the
people who volunteer here in many exciting ways!
